We dedicated this beer to Zerlina, one of the women protagonists of Mozart's Don Giovanni. Inspired by the verse "Pour the wine. Excellent marzimino!", which appears towards the end of the work, to create Zerlina we used the Marzemino grape must.

Zerlina beer has a bright color with pinkish hues, on the nose it has strong notes of red fruits, raspberries and black cherries, which are linked to a final hint of cereals and a vinous hint that accompanies the olfactory aroma. In the mouth the aromas of red fruits are confirmed by a slight sweetness and the aromas of must blend with the aroma of malt and a slight bitter finish.

Perfect alone as an aperitif or with dry desserts and pies, perhaps with red fruits.
