Our range of craft beers, which are all unfiltered, unpasteurised, top-fermented Belgian-style beers, is dedicated to the stories of our region. Good water and carefully-selected malts and hops are the main ingredients, giving each beer in our selection a particular character, also helped by modern technology and efficient facilities. Sanavalle is an amber-coloured beer inspired by the “Abbey” style of Belgian beers, with malted barley notes, a light bitterness and good ABV.
Follinetta is a classic blonde beer with a moderate alcohol content and fruity notes.

Majoris is a malt distillate produced starting from a small batch of Birra Sanavalle and obtained with a double-distillation in a water bath.
